Installing instruction
Try to install TemppicUploader first, if it complains about .NET frameworks,
get the .NET frameworks install from the first page and install it
Your screen should look like this:
Here is the screen of TemppicUploaderSetup:
After installed, the TemppicUpload icon will be here

The screen shot when it's running:
At this point hit: "Print Screen" button, your screen will be capture to the computer memory.
Then hit "Image from clipboard"
It's gonna look like this:
You can choose to crop some part of your screen by hitting the right mouse to create a cropping area:
Then hit "crop" button:
Try to draw something on it:
Hit "upload button" to transfer to our website and its link will be returned in many forms
(direct link, thumbnail link, phpbb link, ipblink)
Copy the link and attach to your webboards/forums
Your can also browse some image file from your local PC and upload in the same way.
